House I 2010 for achieving better business results
Analysing the results of the 2009 building fairs, we can make conclusions what a bright role fairs play in dim economic conditions these days. First of all, attendance has become more motivated and purposeful. Then, enterprises, which are active and know how to derive maximum profit from participation, will surely be winners. And, finally, maybe the building and refurbishing volumes in Latvia have shrinked compared to recent years, but they have not come to a halt at all.
People still build and refurbish; exhibitors achieve goods results
According to the results of the building industry fairs Home. Apartment 2009 and Home I 2009, construction, refurbishment, renovation and interior design issues are still topical among public. Fairs gather quite a number of visitors and, as said by participants, they knew what and why they are looking for.
"Deals are still being negotiated at fairs, and our main organisational target is to satisfy both the participants and the public. Our, exhibition and also participants’ formula for success and the secret weapon of successful business and its development is positive thinking, clearly defined goals and determination to achieve them," Mr Oskars Bagants tells.
"We take pride in our fairs that convince visitors and participants of their scope and offer avoiding the most sceptical expectations this year," Mr Oskars Bagants admits.
Businesses seeing an exhibition as the right place to improve customer relationships, corporate image and to give impetus to the marketing goal attainment can get impressive results here. According to the participant poll, respondents have received new orders, merchandised stock goods, found new clients and established new partnerships.
The biggest in the Baltics building industry fair House I 2010 will take place at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre, Riga, Latvia from 11 to 14 March gathering major Latvian and foreign building industry companies.
Producers and sellers of building materials will present their products and services, will introduce novelties of the season, as well as they will help with their counsel and practical tips how to choose the most suitable building solutions. Last edition in 2009 gathered 481 building industry companies, the attendance reaching 40 602.
