Prime Minister and Foreign Minister offer condolences over devastating earthquake in Turkey
In the letters to their French colleagues, Mr Dombrovskis and Mr Riekstins offer deepest sympathies to those who have lost their family members and friends, and to the people of Turkey.
More than 50 people have died in the devastating earthquake in Turkey, the province of Elazığ.
