Relax and improve your health in the salt room of Ventspils Swimming Pool!

Starting from February, you can enjoy a 15–20 min salt therapy (halotherapy) session on weekdays at 10.00 am and 11.00 am. As the salt room can accommodate up to 6 persons, please apply for a visit calling 636 23974.

Salt room therapy is good for smokers, people working in dusty or badly ventilated premises or rooms with air conditioners and dry air. Halotherapy is recommended to children suffering from low immunity, diathesis, allergies, bronchial asthma, etc. Recommended treatment time is 15–20 minutes. One session costs LVL 1.00.
Reconstruction of Ventspils Swimming Pool was completed at the end of 2009. As a result, Ventspils can offer athletes and inhabitants wider relaxation, active leisure and sporting opportunities during the cold season.
