AS "Latvijas Krâjbanka" increases stock capital of subsidiary company

The board of AS "Latvijas Krâjbanka" (hereinafter referred to as - Krâjbanka) has resolved to increase the stock capital of SIA "LKB property" from LVL 2000 up to LVL 4’544’000 (which according to the currency exchange rate determined by the Bank of Latvia at the day of notification amounts to EUR 6’465’530). The stock capital is increased by investing into it the real estate objects owned by Krâjbanka.

It was already informed that in May 2010 Krâjbanka established the following subsidiary companies: SIA "LKB Rîgas îpaðumi", SIA "LKB property", SIA "Jçkaba 2" and SIA "Brîvîbas 38" to administrate and manage the real estate. By establishing the said companies Krâjbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
